How to Apply for an AMS Dairy or Composite Product Export Certificate

What must I do first to apply for services?

Before applying for a Dairy Export Certificate, all applicants must first establish a USDA Level 2 e-authentication account.  Using your Level 2 e-authentication account you can access the ATLAS system and request an ATLAS user account.  If you or your company do not have an existing AMS billing account, you can request one during the ATLAS new user request process.  Please see additional information on the Atlas user page.
